The ticker can only rise, since it's cumulative.

Online Users I'd say better represents usage. Though while online users has not shown growth, the company has reported improving numbers, so that doesn't show when they improve the quality of the users, like attracting higher paying users. Project Count 24h is also relevant, though I'm thinking some of those spikes could be related to short-time discount promotions.
