KDR trading is still very strange. Low of $1.90, high of $1.90, reasonable volume. I would speculate that WES is trying to put a lid on this and stop any other accumulation but that would be illegal, so my only other conclusion is that there are some out there that are still strongly believing that a counter bid will come and KDR is like Mt Vesuvius and will blow any minute. i continue to watch with great interest.
