    Perhaps the sellers are holders of the 150,000,000
    shares issued as part of the KGD separation. These people know the terms of the mining lease included an operating plant by Nov this year. The renewal application for that lease is shortly due. Perhaps these volumes are sophisticated money management and risk transfer.....
