Congratulations to all holders and management as this is a significant change in the dynamics of the company’s future. A fund of the ilk of 1832 Cap will attract the wider market and deep pockets , it will also provide a avenue for future funds as the company expands its wings . Imho the company has optionality and could be swallowed by a big fish around 20-30c mark or could keep going at it themselves with the backing of a major either way it’s going to be very beneficial to holders.
