One must assume once the meeting date is set, we will get a rundown from the Board of their credentials including the part they played in destroying wealth. Also one would expect those who called for the meeting to present their point of view including how they intend to restore wealth. It's likely though that no one will own the fact that someone somewhere got things horribly wrong. Things are simply couched as "challenging" conditions. Yeah right..did they go into all the changes flying blind? These shares were once in the 30s.
