I am more interested in when MMP gets submitted, it doesn't have to be submitted at the same time as EIS.
Buy when everyone is fearful, have the conviction or sell out, manage your risk and be patient. There must be news around the corner, I don't think Germans will put down 10mils at 9.3c and underwrite the CR if they are not sure of some upside. They are very methodological and hard to be persuaded.
As for PB, I am not a fan.
