I agree - PB should inform shareholders about what changed between the date they announced that all directors intended to take their full allotment and the date the CR closed.

One more move like Vimson and I'm definitely out. This is becoming a circus entirely reliant on SMS who are the current cause of delays according to July update.
SMS slowing down, MD thinks it's over-priced, top shareholders only there because of discounts.
