The report on the 12/06 covered work done upto somewhere near the end of May. So if they kept up their 35k h of work/month then all construction work would have been completed by the end of June.

They have also stated that the man-power peaked around May, so there may have been a slow-down of some proportion of the man-hours for June. CMR has also stated that some work will carry-on after commissioning is complete, (ie. finalisation of tailings dams etc.). So all the most important work that is critical for commissioning should have been completed by the end of June, with the less critical work carrying-on during metal production.

One would assume that the completion of components and targeting of man-power would be targeted to completing components at the start of the circuit first (ie. crushing/grinding, metal extraction) and then finishing components utilised at the end of the circuit last (ie. EW facility/ precipitation and filtration facilities).

So that the commissioning of the start of the circuit can happen at the same time as the final construction of the end of the circuit.

This is just basic infrastructure principles. No matter what peoples opinions are of the past or present board....they aren't the ones doing the construction or commissioning. Professional engineering contractors are. They have done this thing before and would be covered by insurance for faults and/or commissioning delays which cause income delays (see EQN's drama for a casestudy).

Anyway, current shareprice has priced in delays and complete failure of everything including evaporation of JORC'd deposits.

some Spec's with little more than a upcoming JORC and the potential to develop something have greater MCs.

CMR is too cheap. Todays sp will look like a dividend payment in the future.
