The only viable source of a lawsuit is the Melon Anti Lynas group, but this is also dubious because they have tried and failed previously, and this time they have even less grounds for argument, '....Idiot environment minister llegally tried to add a new impossible conditions to cripple a hapless foreign company"....we would like to sue the company for not doing the impossible, sue them for NOT going out of business?"

Any foul play by these idiots at this point will not go unpunished.

Our main risk is that Dr M is 94 and Anwar supporters are pushing for an early transition. Dr.M is intent on doing what he said rather than an early transition...Noone can stop him...except father time. We are good while his health holds up. I doubt his succession plan includes safeguarding all of his initiatives especially when PKR based their platform on the scare campaign against.Lynas.

We will only be safe if Sour Cow YBY, Fuzzy and Wong Twit are booted.

Another scenario for our security is that Redzuan spends a few Billion Tax Ringgit developing the rare earths down stream industry and need raw materials from Lynas.
