    By way of self punishment, going over this sorry story so don't make same mistake again, interesting I can't find this study which independant valuations co's quote as being released in august 06. Was it ever realeased to ASX I can't find it but maybe it was released ? interested to read it in retrospect :) In ASX releases from vre only see references to it also.
