I agree with you Kate, I am completely against a further capital raising. For the current board to claim that the 'current market environment' is reasoning to justify another capital raising with $20M in the bank and no results is insulting to shareholders.
There is definitely some angst between current board members and the potential incoming PMM reps, PMM will get my vote even if it is only an insignificant one... someone has to keep these current bast%$ds honest!
