Why would we tell them to go away we have like 10 million in cash, which is no where near enough to do it on our own.
What we have is good tech, I would say push through GvHD to prove the tech then have them come back. Like I posted awhile ago, I still don't get what the discount someone would pay for our company vs a peer valuation. The difference being the underlying tech is owned by Wisconsin + CYP Add ons. I would assume Fuji want the lot so would buy both at the same time (hence the dual convos)....
