This is common in resource companies of all sizes. They typically do not see any value in hiring a comms/change person when in fact it would drastically alter their business. That person, embedded in the team, is just as important as a production operator.

The drilling reports & geological presentations are always good & I suspect that is due to Scott Hall. But generally it's the bare minimum for other releases. Laneway needs someone to clearly communicate strategy, promote good news and the asset. At the moment it looks like that is being left to someone who is too busy.
