I doubt they will pay dividends until the loan is paid back and they've built up a buffer of funds in their account. They need the money to drill and upgrade mine life/ounces. I wouldn't expect to see dividends for 2 or 3 years, which would be fine with me if they company is growing. They also need some fat in the bank in case gold price drops. They would be silly to pay dividends too early.
