market capitalisation is very important in the LIC space.
it's been shown time and time again that tiny LICs don't get enough buyers and sellers to maintain share price
around NTA and invariably fall into discounts.
WIC market cap of 137M is just too small, as well as holding stocks that are far too risky for some people.
