Good points, well made 'stretchercase' and 'BCCanuck'. It would be good to see the Board summarise their performance over the last five years. Here's a few starters:

• Aug '14 share price at 0.145
• Aug '16 share price at 0.317
• Aug '19 share price at 0.064
• Unprecedented infrastructure works across Australia
• Several senior executives 'moved on', each time the Board assuring shareholders that things would improve
• Still no Survey expertise on the Board
• Two years of 'transition' yet still no meaningful reduction in costs

Whilst not fully sold on the 'Mangano, Chapman and Goodridge' combo without knowing more about their plans, with Mr Goodridge it would address the need for Survey expertise and Mr Chapman has a track record in roll ups which should allow the company to address the internal pressures on costs.
