JFlorance17, great post. The way I see it SH will end up voting for the group they dislike the least. As I have said before, the current exec and board haven't done anything to indicate they really know what they are doing or have a clear plan, in fact quite the contrary with the way they have shredded SH value over the past few years. But I also wouldn't be trusting the future of the business to a guy who, until recently, was a senior member of that exec group, is now seemingly acting out of spite and the red mist of revenge and whose past includes senior roles in the massive corporate train smashes of Chemeq and VDM.
