In my opinion parents need to play a more active role in educating their children at home.
Leaving education to a teacher at school trying to control 25 kids is doomed for failure.
My young one is level 30 reading in grade 2 because we make reading fun at home.
He also is in front of the class with arithmetic because we teach him.
This improves his confidence at school too.
