At $0.71 cents we would not have thought it would have fallen to $0.50....
at $0.50 to $0.40...
at $0.40 to $0.30...
at $0.30 to $0.225
why not $0.10 in a vuccumm of information. I'm sure all of the above upper limit prices had support too.
And as for management being within their legal rights to withhold information that they deem immaterial - it does not make it right. If all companies took this position the market would be in total decline as it is positive information that leads to increase in price..
