CLH are only working within the current laws, I doubt the Government is going to change laws anytime soon as that would give people a green light to run up 10k debts with no obligation to pay. You could even put a positive spin on this news that many Aussies are struggling with small debts so companies like this could be a great hedge in a portfolio if the economic outlook worsens.
