    no GFC. unemployment is at record lows.
    Also they are investing in non cyclicals debt. I.e. services business that are defensive in nature. e.g. healthcare, education and I.T/technology firms.
    I believe it is low risk and will also increase modestly. May take time to rise depending on performance.
