I don't see the increase in share as a good thing at all.
More likely about control over the share registry?.
No JV, no finance, no feasibility, no announcements of any substance that would benefit shareholders, share price rising on Director buying with basically shareholder money.
Visible gold, so you sent a trained geologist out to a gold lease and find visible gold, fluff.
And still the spin out of assets so some can get paid twice, that you could develop under the ARL structure.
