JR - Did you speak the company about this? I was taking a look at the 3/1/19 OCP filing which includes the original bond document. I was looking at the definition of Secured Property on Page 10 of 76 and it appears to me that the bond is just secured by the shares and not a personal guarantee as well? If so it appears to me that ASM paid A$.24/share and took a A$.10/share "loss" when they collapsed the bonds and received the shares?
