if you say yes, Fitzpatrick converts 1 mill to secured, creditors get sidelined into a trust and davidson gets to start dumping again....

call me jaded but I lost out when Murdoch and Gordon tried to pull a swifty to get Ten on the cheap but then shot themselves in the foot and every other shareholder went down with them. Sidelining all other creditors into a trust except for themselves as secured note holders... Well I just smell a rat I guess....

At least if the company liquidates, you will have a loss you can offset against any gains, that's probably worth more than the value of the shares if the deal goes ahead. (Not financial advice, just something to take into consideration).
