You have accepted loss..and are looking to blame.

I have not accepted loss...I am STILL hopeful and can see possiblities that I dont want to ruin by more litigation.
I blame many factors and hope that all Companies in OCV position work through this really difficult time.

WC is trying, and conditions are not favourable but JH is using all resources to restore values.
She is not persueing directors, yet, as ASIC may see things differently...thats a lawyers view..

PIF holders had to trust the board even if the move to WC looked dodgey...and from the responses I have read they are moving forward with confidence in JH.

The silence of OCV LLA and anns by ANZ ...and other movements around, all could be positive.Some developments are far removed but could impact on our situation..I think.

With all the information on HC ...we SH have to hold on a bit longer...imo.

Please make your own decisions...not that we have many options.
