I have been a holder of A2 for many years, traded it in the early days, and now hold a parcel long term. I have drunk A2 daily as well since first buying in. Very quickly, it eliminated the mucous build-up I experienced from 'normal' milk, and if I get a cold or flu (which is rare), I don't have that horrible heavy congestion to cough up afterwards, so I guess I can say it reduces the life-span of the cold or flu. It's been quite profound for me health-wise.
Chianti can give you the greater health benefits, but I concur with everything she/he says.
