lcts role in submission to nhc

Hello again.

I sent an e-mail to LCT this week asking about their input / involvement in the submission process for the NHC and was advised of the following by Professor Elliot:

LCT has already made a written submission and will also make a verbal one on the 23rd of this month. I am aware that the NZ Society for the Study of Diabetes, Diabetes NZ and Diabetes Youth have been invited to make a submission, and the first already has. I am also aware that several other organizations and many individuals will be making submissions - some against.

LCT has the right of reply to any cricisms of its application raised.
