All that says is "takeover target" to me.
Provided CGB isn't all bluster, a bigger company would take out any real competition just to keep the competition at bay until they are ready to move into our market.
Revenue is the real key here for CGB. If they have to stick their hand out again to investors, it's done. 3b shares for a loss making entity is already beyond the pail. If they could turn even a $1 net profit in the next 12 months, there's a chance.
CGB doesn't need more scientists, they need a good lobbiest and a fantastic marketer. Australian product in many categories is seen worldwide as superior. Australian buds would almost certainly attract a premium. Can't sell raw flowers yet. That needs to change for our fortunes to turn.
Can the food devision keep us afloat until then? We shall see.
