HI 2018, your comments are spot on as the announcement in 2016 did not go ahead as there was uncertainty about the potential of Votiro at the time. Votiro announced on 5 august that this new investment of the $4m has now taken place, so you wold assume that this new investor has done his due diligence and so far has been impressed with what the future brings.
T0 clarify what I saidis that Senetas have a 58% interest in Votiro and any takeover bid for the company would mean that Senetas would have the option to match that bidor otherwise the takeover would go through.AS far as Migloo is concerned, the File Disarmer an be amalgamated with the Senetas Suredrop as they are 2 different technologies, one protects all emails coming in , and the other covers all hard files in transit.
