Actually, every indication is that Russia hit it's Peak Oil in 2007. As the largest non-OPEC producer, this is highly significant.
If Peak Oil is a myth, perhaps you can explain where the world will be getting it's oil in 50 years? Or even 20 years?
Oil is a finite resource. Peak Oil theory has been tested historically and found to be sound.
