Thought these are all pretty reasonable. Pretty much he gets 1,000,000 shares every time RGI does $5m in revenue within the next 2 years.

Only one I thought was a bit cheap/easy/not really a performance incentive was #5 which just says if RGI acquire or partner with someone in a synergistic field then Adam gets 1,000,000 shares.
To me it should have been something more like... "Acquires a synergistic company which makes $5m in revenue in the first 24 months OR pays for itself in profits within 5 years". That's an actual performance incentive and would justify the $180,000 pay day (at current share price).

All in all I'm happy. The rest of the incentives are reasonable and if Adam becomes a very rich man because of these incentives then so do the rest of us.
