Another buy recommendation from The Bull., page-13

this is my take on china slowing down. they are still over 6% growth most countries would be happy with 3% right now. they have spent so much on roads, airports, building etc already so money can flow to other areas like the environment from now on. these figures suggest that money already being increased in this area. this line from the below link suggest spending increasing in the area we are concerned about and water conservancy, environment and public facilities management (2.5 percent vs 1.4 percent). so although china slowing the growth is still very good and the sector we are interested in the spending has grown significantly
