1 they wont get to the vote they will make a takeover attempt and the sp will go thru the roof

or

2.They are in it for the cap return like the rest of us and they will vote for the 400 mill and the cash - in this stock makt environmt a sure thing is pretty safe sounds silly but this is a sure thing

no point voting against unless the ruskies make a better offer prior to the vote....
