Auditors always rely in information provided by mngt, there's nothing unique about RFF.
It's the auditors role to check that it's correct & that it is recorded accurately.
Investors should always form their own opinion as to whether a set of accounts are accurate because there is always a risk of human error or deceit.
To put a sell recommendation on RFF because of that is a bit selective, you could apply it to any company.
