It starts at the deal between Noble and MK (crawley) when they invested the initial $30,000,000 in Territory.I think Noble loaned 30% of the 30mil to MK which is the $9mil, the amount of the debt forgivness. After that all the different deals and numbers must be an accountants way of of balancing the numbers.Shares are sold and loans made and the whole thing comes to $zero. Then there are 4 repayments being made over a period of time?
I am sure TTY is still owed money by MON.Wasted to much time trying to figure it out.Am probably completely wrong. As TTY said, it has nothing to do with the company. Still Noble as a diretor and during these confusing times owes it to shareholders not to behave like MK and clarify mis-leading announcements as a matter of courtesy.
