    On the back of financials and a fall in the oil price the Dow and the S&P were both up about 2%. This may be the bottom of the current bear market or a bear market rally. My bet is that this rally will steady the market and if oil can drift lower we should see a rally in the market. As such EWC should rally with the rest of the market and climb back above 1 dollar.
