    • ORECORP ANNOUNCES PLACEMENT OF 53.1 MILLION ORDINARY SHARES AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF A$0.25 PER SHARE TO TO RAISE GROSS PROCEEDS OF A$13.3 MILLION
    • PROCEEDS FROM PLACEMENT WILL BE USED TO FUND ORECORP'S ACQUISITION OF A 100% INTEREST IN NYANZAGA GOLD PROJECT, AMONG OTHERS
