Very much IMO but I find him to be one of the more "fake" commentators, one whos commentary is pretty much up for sale. Not a man that would be honest with his genuine opinions, plays to the masses. Take the Folau thing, Jones was publicly supporting a man who was saying Jones is evil and will burn in hell. I think he is all about shock and getting headlines in the name of personal fame & profit. That was a prime instance where he should have been loud and proud about his sexuality, he could have given some genuine commentary from a POV that was well qualified (for want of a better word) for a change.

Jones is paid as an entertainer to get ratings - he will say anything for that reason. Some of what he says he may believe in, but if we can’t tell one way or the other it doesn’t really matter. Andrew Bolt is exactly the same.
