Right, so an SoA once in motion would be hard to modify the terms of. Effectively, the price offered would probably be the price we would have to accept.
If supported by the board, the board and advisors would then have to justify the price they are recommending. Would the current BoD try to justify $2? Surely they're not *that* dumb.
