You're right, I don't have any knowledge of HACCP, I am not in food manufacturing, but I do have extensive knowledge in ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
My response is slightly tongue in cheek, but I didn't think it was a long bow to draw to make that comment given the photo shows the milk powder in vac sealed packaging. My previous question to you asking whether you are aware of what stage the empty tins are sanitized remains a valid one then if you want to tout your HACCP credentials.
