regardless of the shares issues and dilution I’m not sure what your talking about there. The only shares issued after the off take agreements were for the early start program and certainly wasn’t 200million shares issued. However lets play through your thought process. If WKT didn’t sign up to any off take agreements and the price was at about 15c at that time (I know this because I topped up at that time) WKT would of used twice as many shares to get the $3 million need for the early start program. Let’s say they did that and the SP went up a little and then announced they were negotiating finance the share price would have gone up more and we would probably be in the exactly same place as we are now but having more share added because of the lower share price by not including the off take agreements.
conclusion we are better off the way WKT BoD have progressed this.
