Probably retail buying now. Institutions wouldn't touch this with a 10-foot pole. The business doesn't have a product that is/ever will be profitable and if you read the last update they are basically on care and maintenance status with just enough money to last the current quarter.
I reminisce the time when this was 3-4c and I said this was a complete dud and a worthless company while everyone on here was worshipping the ground that TheArchitect walked on
