IMO I believe that is unlikely, the transaction cost associated with vertically integrating a domestic company is going to be less than building that tech from scratch (tritium must have identified some value in RFT to partner with them in the first place). I'm sure they'd prefer to keep their existing product consistent with future products, especially from a servicability and reputation perspective as well (at least I hope!).
Any insight into why my logic might be wrong would be appreciated.
