Just remember that Senegal law applies in this Tribunal.
The Government had 60 days to object to the sale,but obviously couldn't,as COP had fullfilled all requirements relating to the JOA,PSC and Senegal oil code.
Another thing for you to absorb is if WPL are found not to own the 35% interest,
then COP certainly do.
