I believe their issue is capacity in production, currently using a contract manufacturer which if they start to get some good deal flow (Thales and Cleanaway) wont be able to support their needs long term. I think a CR will be to fund an acquisition in that space.
If I am not mistaken cleanaway have a fleet of 4500.... this could be a significantly bigger company in the next year or 2 if they can execute.
