Hi mate- just signed it. I don’t think shorting etc are a problem but the HFT’s ( fast computers located right next to disallowed ), & things which only a few can access undermine the idea of a level playing field.
Cheers for posting- we can file that under pertinent to our shared sense of well-being. My comment was basically one rule for all or no rules at all.
