I disagree with buy backs at this stage. I think in a risk-off era of global slow down CIM should pay down debt and not buy back shares. Especially when the share price will probably go below $20. If SP was below $20 then, and only then, a buy back would be good for long term share holders. After all, wouldn't you want maximum bang for your buck? I don't hold, and won't until SP goes much lower.
