Every credit raising will mean well over one hundred million shares being issued.
MLS will require well over a billion extra shares issued at .002 cent just to pull in the needed cash up to the mining decision.
That then means dilution big time.

Directors are managers as well as salesmen (people).

That being said, i do have a top up offer in at .002 cents.
You would need to have rose coloured glasses on to offer more than two tenths of one cent.
