I'm sorry. Seems a bit like a "not much" ann to me which only makes sense in the context of a carefully orchestrated string of further anns to come, which I presume are imminent.
On the flip side, and I am just trying to be rational, it could also be a P&D - yet it would go against company history. What are your views?
