i had a chat this morning with James Powell at RFF.
the impression i gained is he's a straight shooter and
that there aren't issues about RFM and the like, although,
to be honest, the legal-financial intricacies went over
my head.
i suggested to James RFF might consider changing their
auditors every few years to help ensure the relation between
company and auditors doesn't become too cosy and the
auditing lacking in rigour. he seemed to think management
might be willing to consider the proposal.
